How I discovered EFT tapping
I’ve been a business coach since 2005, helping entrepreneurs create successful online businesses and multiple streams of income using their knowledge.
I loved my business. I was running live events, selling training courses, and running one of the largest communities for entrepreneurs online.
But when in 2015 I suddenly started having panic attacks, my life and business completely changed.
Panic attacks were absolutely scary and debilitating. I couldn’t imagine getting on stage to do public speaking or to train groups like I used to. I became confined to my home and could no longer run my business the way I used to.
I couldn’t even get past my mailbox without experiencing a panic attack.


How I discovered EFT tapping
Fortunately, a friend at the time offered me an EFT tapping session (Emotional Freedom Techniques).
I was very skeptical and resisted anything that felt too “woo-woo”.
If I couldn’t understand it, it couldn’t work on me, right?
Amazingly, after just a single tapping session, my panic attacks subsided for a whole two weeks, then after several months of tapping – stopped completely.
I couldn’t believe it!
Since then, I’ve been tapping for almost 10 years to help me achieve new goals and overcome any new challenges in my business and life.
I have become so passionate about EFT, I decided to become a Certified EFT practitioner so I can help others in difficult times of their lives.
What is EFT?

Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful stress relief technique that can be used to overcome fears, sadness, phobias, and other negative emotions.
Tapping is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.
It combines gentle tapping on key acupuncture points while focusing your thoughts on physical pain, unhappy memories, uncomfortable emotions, traumas, fears/phobias, or any other problem.
Basic Tapping Technique
The basic Tapping technique requires you to focus on a negative emotion at hand. This can be a fear, a worry, or any unresolved problem that sits heavy on your heart. While maintaining your mental focus on this issue, you use your fingertips to tap on specific meridian points of the body.
There are a lot of studies done on why EFT works and its effectiveness, but I will keep it simple.
Tapping on meridian points sends a calming signal to the brain, letting your brain know it’s safe to relax. And while you’re relaxed, you’re able to “send” messages to your subconscious that transform the way you feel and think about the things that have been causing you stress.
When you release negative emotions and fears, you start feeling lighter and are able to make decisions and take actions with clarity and confidence.
